The site is hosted on DigitalOcean. Our hosting provider handles email, Resend delivers notifications, and messages to info are forwarded to Gmail. Authorised personnel access enquiry records. Opening external links or enabling external images shares connection data with those providers. International processing may occur depending on providers’ services and requires applicable transfer safeguards.

Information should be kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations.
